Saturdays UK Horseracing Tips;

As attention is focused on the Breeders’ Cup tonight there is some decent racing in the UK and in Ireland. Its most certainly jumps season, with Doncaster being the last day of the turf season. I am going to stick with the jumps. Here are my best bets today;

• 2:45 Sandown- Zabeel Palace, Win – yes he has won 3 times and you always wonder about horses from this stable, but the form and the ratings say that all things being equal he should win again here, at decent odds too. May be a chance but worth taking at 3/1.
• 2:15 Wincanton- Celestial Halo, Win - a decent sort here who should run well for Paul Nicholls at his local track. Ruby Walsh aboard and at the 2/1 this morning, I like it.
• 2:30 Down Royal- Notre Pere, Win – class act here. Jim Dreaper’s horse should take all the beating in this top quality chase at Down Royal, in Ireland. My best of the day.
