Piers Morgan has thrown ITV into a spin as he is set to quit Britain’s Got Talent. Morgan has lined up deals worth £12million in the US leaving him no time to carry on judging BGT.

He is in talks with CNN about replacing Larry King in a three-year deal to present four shows a week. And the 45-year-old has already committed to two more years of judging America’s Got Talent.
William Hill have opened a book on who they believe will replace Piers Morgan as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent. With Piers set to take over Larry King on the Tonight show, Hills have installed Louie Walsh as 7/4 favourite to take over on the BGT panel. Former winner of the show, Ashley Banjo is 3/1 second favourite and Gary Barlow is next, priced at 6/1. Gordon Brown, who may be looking for extra work, is the 500/1 outsider.
“Louie Walsh is the obvious replacement having judged on the show already but I’m not sure that Simon can forgive him for putting Irish dancer Jimmy Forde through. We feel that Louie Spence is in with a good shout as he would definitely liven up the show and we understand that Simon is a big fan of his,” said Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams.
William Hill Odds:
PIERS MORGAN REPLACEMENT JUDGE ON BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT: 7/4 Louis Walsh, 3/1 Ashley Banjo, 6/1 Gary Barlow, 12/1 Will Young, 14/1 Louie Spence, 14/1 David Hasselhoff, 16/1 James Corden, 16/1 George Michael, 20/1 Jonathan Ross, 20/1 George Lamb, 20/1 Stephen Mulhern, 500/1 Gordon Brown….OTHERS ON REQUEST
* MUST BE OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED AS PIERS MORGAN’S REPLACEMENT ON SHOW, SHOULD PIERS MORGAN BE A JUDGE ON FIRST TELEVISED AUDITION THEN ALL BETS ARE VOID.
