Ryan Moore is Royal Ascot Top Jockey Favourite

Ryan Moore should benefit from the ban forcing Johnny Murtagh to miss the last two days of Royal Ascot 2009 and the champion jockey is 6/4 favourite with Sky Bet to be leading jocket at 2009′s Royal Ascot at the meeting.

Johnny Murtagh, who was last year’s leading jockey at Royal Ascot, is 11/4 second favourite with Sky Bet to defend his title, despite missing two days, which shows how powerful the Ballydoyle stable is. Last year he won the crown for the third time with an impressive tally of five Royal Ascot Group winners.
