Torres Is a Chelsea Target

Chelsea last night tested ­Liverpool’s determination to keep Fernando Torres with an opening bid of £35million. Owner Roman ­Abramovich has ­sanctioned the move to add the Spanish superstar to the Blues’ stable of forwards.
