It is Quarter Final day one at the World Cup on Friday, but it is not looking good for England yet again. The odds about Howard Webb reffing the World Cup Final have lengthened dramatically from 5/4 to 15/8 after it was suggested that his absence from the line up of Quarter Final matches was a signal that he would not eve be considered for the Final.
