A great game saw us land a nice touch. Manchester United beat Aston Villa to win the Carling Cup- 2-1. Michael owen equalised an early Villa penalty then was replaced by Wayne Rooney.

It was a fine comeback from the Premier League champions, who recovered from the shock of going behind inside five minutes. That is now 32 trophies for Sir Alex Ferguson. The most successful manager in British Football History.
We said United to win, possibly 2-1 and suggested over 2.5 goals. Rooney scored, but not first, all in all excellent stuff in what was an excellent game!
