No jump racing for us again.We have Lingfield and Kempton in the evening. In all honesty the quality of the racing is a bit depressing and I am struggling to raise a smile never mind enthusiasm.
Here are my suggested bets for the day ahead, if you are betting then please play with small stakes.
14:30 Lingfield, Mary Helen- Win. This is a claiming race which if it goes to form should go readily to Mary Helen who has won two of her last four starts and was second before being fourth last time out, on Monday. That was in a handicap and back in a claimer she should find her way back to the winners enclosure.

16:50 Kempton, Glen Lass, Win. Probably the best bet of the day, Glen Lass is in red hot form and can continue the winning streak that has brought three wins on the bounce. Despite a six pounds penalty Glen Lass can score again with the excellent Chris Catlin aboard for Jeff Pearce. Glen Lass is my NAP of the day.
