Well what can I say! What a weekend! Friday saw Any Currency fly home to win and Saturday was just a brilliant day with both tips Zaynar and Kauto Star winning. We predicted 7 out of ten football results and JEDWARD got the boot from X-Factor, which is good news for me, having laid Martel Maxwell £50 at 100/1 on the terrible twins.
Spurs bagged a 9-1 win, I doubt even Steve Hawkes could have predicted that! Jordan has walked out of I’m a Celebrity so from here the big two reality shows have lost some of their interest, or have they?
Kauto Star won the Betfair Chase and in the process landed a charity bet of £100 (at 5/4) for Children In Need. Very close, but a winner by a nose pays the same as one by a distance!
Back down to earth with a bump on Monday, moderate racing, no football in the Premier League and it really is probably a day to get your breath back!
