Having had a look at the matches and the betting for tonight I agree with Carl Harris’ view that Chelsea are a strong bet tonight in the Champions League.
The blues can be backed at 10/11 to get the better of Atletico Madrid who have not had a great start to the season. Chelsea in contrast have and manager Carlo Ancelotti believes they can win and virtually assure Champions League qualification. From ITN News on Youtube…
Chelsea of course beat them 4-0 at Stamford Bridge a couple of weeks ago and did so easily. Didier Drogba is back after his three match ban and they should repeat the dose away in Spain. Despite having won just two games in 12 this term,Atletico’s coach thinks that they can beat the Blues, he is an optimist in my view.
“Chelsea are a very strong team, one of the best in Europe,” Jurado was quoted as saying by UEFA’s official website. “We will have to be switched on during every minute of the 90 if we want to win. The spirit in the group has changed and you can see we are more tight-knit. Things seem different now. Against Chelsea, we’ll be thinking only about winning.”
It would be a quick turn-around in fortunes and with Chelsea scoring for fun at the moment I would suggest we are getting some excellent value at 10/11. I will be having a decent wager on Chelsea to win.
