Barry Robson says back Manchester United to be Champions of the Premier League once again….

Back Manchster United at 21/10
Manchester United and Liverpool will battle it out this season to be the team to win The Premier League, although Chelsea are the bookies favourites. A win for United last season gives them extra confidence but Liverpool will be full of ”determination” after getting their “come uppence” last season. Steven Gerrard was the “man to watch”. He will no doubt be central to Liverpool’s ambitions once again in the 2009/2010 season. Oh, I forgot to mention Fernando “Bruno” Torres…how could I? Liverpool are 8/1 with BoyleSports
Down the East Lancs Road, much is expected of Wayne Rooney and the Brazilian Anderson, plus “new boy” Antonio Valencia, this season now that Cristiano Ronaldo has gone to Real Madrid (what a shock eh?). Manchester United will also need to pitch in with more of the water-tight defensive displays…Nemanja Vidic was the top defender last season…that helped them lift yet another Premier League trophy under Sir Alex Ferguson, the best ever manager in Premier League history. Manchester United are 21/10 with BoyleSports
Chelsea are the favourites to win the title, especially now that Champions League winner Carlo Ancelotti is their new manager. In Nicolas Anelka they also have last season’s top goalscorer. ..and, of course, “Mr Cool” Lampard. Chelsea are 21/10 with BoyleSports
Bigger things are expected of Manchester City, who can now count Gareth Barry. Adabayour, Carlos Tevez and Roque Santa Cruz among their ranks….did I miss anyone or has someone else just been bought? Manchester City are 14/1 with BoyleSports
Whilst last season’s FA Cup finalists, Everton, with Leighton Baines and Steven Pienaar operating so successfully down the left and a “fit” Phil Jagielka, plus Tim Cahill and Signor Arteta, will no doubt be a tough team to beat once again. Everton are a huge price with BoyleSports!
I think we can forget Arsenal this year.
