Sir Michael Stoute’s Kingdom of Fife and Luca Cumani’s Riggins share joint-favourtism at 6-1 at the head of the betting with William Hill for this weekend’s John Smith’s Cup at York.
Both colts prevailed on their last starts, but missed expected engagements at the Royal Meeting and will line-up on Saturday for the first time since May. William Haggas will saddle top-weight Mutajaad who finished just 11th in last year’s renewal after being sent off favourite.
