Hurricane Fly and Easy Winner at Punchestown
Have we just seen the next winner of the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in 2010?
Hurricane Fly looked top class as he destroyed the field in the Grade One Evening Herald Champion Novice Hurdle at Punchestown.
Always travelling very well under Ruby Walsh, he could not get a clear run turning for home, but still arrived hard on the bridle and when he did, zoom, he was gone and won by 10 lengths.
We were on as the first leg of the treble and laid Go Naitive, a great result.
Mullins was happy, he told At The Races, “He just sat and waited but once he got going, he was fine”
